David has been associated with easy-serve and its related companies since 1985. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. David is responsible for the overall operation of easy-serve.

Carla has been associated with easy-serve and its related companies since 1994. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Sam Houston State University. Carla is responsible for all customer care operations.

Tuan has been associated with easy-serve and its related companies since 2005. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston. Tuan is responsible for planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of our entire software program.

Claudia has been associated with easy-serve and its related companies since 2006. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Houston. Claudia is responsible for all customer service and operations in the civil process department.

Jeiron has been associated with easy-serve and its related companies since 2005. He has a degree in Computer Science from University of Houston. Jeiron is responsible for software development.

Steve has been associated with easy-serve and its related companies since 1990. He has fifteen years of experience in technical support. Steve is responsible for maintaining our computer and phone systems.

Kristin has been associated with easy-serve and its related companies since 2006. She has four years of experience in the civil process field. Kristin is responsible for customer website support.

Chris has been associated with easy-serve since early 2007. He has four years of experience in the civil process field. Chris is responsible for the management of all servers in all 254 counties in the state of Texas.

Melissa has been associated with easy-serve and its related companies since 2005. She worked for six years at the Harris County District Clerk’s Office. Melissa is responsible for customer support.

Kelly has been associated with easy-serve and its related companies since 2005. She has an Associate’s Degree in Science from Houston Community College. Kelly is responsible for customer support.

Erica has been associated with easy-serve and its related companies since 2006. She has two years of experience in the civil process field. Erica is responsible for customer support.

John has worked for easy-serve and its related companies part-time since 2004. He is an eighth grader at Strack Intermediate School in Spring, Texas. John assists in accounting and database maintenance.
